Colin Dolan is an experienced Estate Planning Attorney at Stouffer Legal, dedicated to helping individuals and families secure their legacies with comprehensive estate plans. Born and raised in Westchester, NY, Colin’s passion for law and client advocacy led him to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science at Towson University before earning his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Colin began his journey with Stouffer Legal in May 2016 as a Legal Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in estate planning and elder law. Through years of dedication and commitment to his clients, he played an instrumental role in the firm's growth, culminating in the opening of the Gaithersburg office location in September 2024.
What Colin enjoys most about estate planning is the ability to build lasting relationships with his clients while providing them with peace of mind. He understands that planning for the future can feel overwhelming, and he takes pride in making the process smooth, comprehensive, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
Outside of the office, Colin has a passion for traveling and cooking. As a lifelong New York sports fan, he enthusiastically follows the New York Jets and New York Knicks. When it’s time to unwind, he finds solace watching the horse races in Saratoga Springs, NY, or relaxing on the beaches of Turks and Caicos.

What I Do For Fun...
- Outside the office, I love to travel and have many places I want to visit. Hong Kong is at the top of my travel wish list.I also enjoy playing golf for its mix of challenge and relaxation, and I’m a big fan of the New York Jets.
